What plans are available?+
Choose Office Access 5, Office Access 10, Office Access Unlimited or a tailored Team Office Access plan.
What does Unlimited mean?+
It removes the monthly day allowance for one named user, but every booking still depends on participating-location availability and follows the booking window, concurrency, cancellation, no-show and fair-use rules.
Does the plan guarantee an office?+
No. Every booking depends on current private Day Office availability at participating locations and follows the plan’s booking rules.
Can unused days roll over?+
No. Unused days in the 5-day, 10-day and team allowances expire at the end of the stated monthly cycle. Unlimited has no monthly day balance.
Can my team share the plan?+
Only under Team Office Access with approved named users, a pooled allowance and defined concurrency rules.
Can I use TLB Credit after my allowance is used?+
Yes. Extra private-office bookings, meeting rooms, hot desks and selected LineSupport services can be paid with cash or TLB Credit where available.
How is this different from Local Flex?+
Office Access Plan focuses on private Day Office use. Local Flex is a broader platform membership with hot-desk access, several allowances, PA hours, TLB Credit and ecosystem discounts.
