How is membership different from a package?
Membership provides ongoing access, allowances, TLB Credit and eligible member pricing. A package combines products to solve a defined workspace or business-support outcome.
Does unlimited hot-desk access guarantee a seat?
No. Eligible bookings can be made repeatedly, but each visit depends on participating member inventory and app confirmation.
Do hot-desk bookings use TLB Credit?
No. Eligible hot-desk bookings use the active access pass. Private space, support and extra usage can use an allowance, TLB Credit or cash.
Which membership covers multiple countries?
Global Plus covers participating global locations through a recurring membership. Global Pro provides ownership-linked global benefits while qualifying villa ownership remains active.
Can a member still buy individual products?
Yes. Membership benefits do not replace individual products or packages. Extra eligible purchases remain available through cash or TLB Credit.
