Does unlimited hot-desk access guarantee a seat?
No. You can book repeatedly, but each visit depends on the partner site’s available TLB pool and must be confirmed in the app.
Does a hot-desk booking use my TLB Credit?
No. Eligible hot-desk bookings use the access pass. Credit is reserved for eligible purchases and extra usage.
What happens after I use an allowance?
The app shows the additional cash or TLB Credit price before you confirm more private-office, meeting-room or PA usage.
Can I use Local Flex in another country?
Local Flex covers the activated local market. Use Global Plus for participating global access, or purchase eligible overseas usage separately.
Can I also buy a TLB package?
Yes. Membership provides ongoing access and benefits; packages solve defined workspace or business-support outcomes.
