Questions customers ask about Coworking Access Plan

What Coworking Access Plans are available?+

Individuals can choose Coworking Access 5, Coworking Access 10 or Coworking Unlimited. Companies can request a tailored Team Coworking Access plan.

What does Unlimited mean?+

Unlimited removes the monthly day allowance for one named user. It does not guarantee a desk: every visit remains subject to participating-location availability, the booking window, concurrency, cancellation, no-show and fair-use rules.

Do I need to book before arriving?+

Yes. Reserve an available Hot Desk through your TLB account before arrival so the participating location can confirm the visit.

Can unused days roll over?+

No. Unused Access 5 or Access 10 days expire at the end of the monthly cycle. Unlimited has no monthly day balance.

Do I get a dedicated desk?+

No. The plan provides non-assigned Hot Desk access on a first-come basis within the confirmed booking. Choose a Dedicated Desk if you need the same workstation.

What is the minimum commitment?+

Individual plans start from one month. Longer commitments may receive a lower confirmed monthly rate.

Can a company buy access for staff?+

Yes. Request Team Coworking Access so TLB can define approved users, expected monthly use, participating locations and booking controls.
