How much does a Hot Desk cost?+

Prices start from HK$X per day or HK$X per hour. The selected location, date, paid time block and optional additions determine the final total shown before checkout.

Is a particular desk guaranteed?+

No. A confirmed booking gives one user access to the eligible shared-desk pool, but a particular workstation is not assigned.

What is included?+

The selected listing confirms the paid access window, eligible desk pool, internet, common facilities, check-in instructions and applicable site rules.

Can I take calls?+

Call rules vary by location. Use a booth, meeting room or designated call area where the workspace requires it.

Can I leave and return?+

Re-entry depends on the booking type and selected location and is shown before payment.

Can I bring a guest?+

Guests do not automatically receive workspace access. Each working guest needs an eligible booking, and meetings may require a separate room.

Is Hot Desk access included in membership?+

Eligible memberships may include recurring hot-desk access under separate availability and fair-use rules. Pay-as-you-go bookings remain available without membership.
