How much is a Dedicated Desk?+

Prices start from HK$X per month. Location, term, storage, access hours and included benefits determine the final proposal.

Is the desk always mine?+

It is assigned to the approved named user for the agreed term, subject to the contract and location rules.

What do I pay before activation?+

The proposal shows the X-month deposit, first payment, setup charges and selected additions before acceptance.

Can I leave equipment overnight?+

Only approved equipment and only where the selected location expressly permits it.

Is storage included?+

Storage varies by location and agreement and is included only when stated in the proposal.

Can a colleague use my desk?+

Not unless the agreement permits a transfer or an approved named-user change.

Are Meeting Rooms included?+

Only the stated allowance is included. Additional Meeting Room use is separately bookable.
